First of all I wana say the same question that how would customer assure you that he is a reliable customer.Dear business is all about trust, so try to develop trust by your conversation,quality,cost, by discussing the benefits of the customer. If he says that he is a reliable customer than also ask him to assure it practically that, then he will not have any answer then say him that I am also reliable seller(but do check his given detailsas much as you can ) ,so the thing which is not let both us near for good business is the lack of trust. Try to develop your trust which is the base of every business. But at the same time I am not asking any one to trust some one blindly but trust logically.

Please remember that the customer is always right and to ensure your credibility, one must not deceived your customer.
Be truthful about your product and pricing and ensure that you deliver on time the right order/s.
In case of mistake or defective good/materials, please make the necessary replacements and unlike some
errand do not demand the customer to pay for replacements and shipping through no fault of theirs.
Many companies are keen to secure business but do not follow up or they often neglect their customers
when the deal is done. Then refused to acknowledged any complaints pertaining to their delivery. You cannot
expect your customer to trade with you again as you have shown your unreliability!
