It is a kind of ground cleaning machinery used in the construction/building field. When building the house, worker has to brick the wall/  plaster the wall and the roof. During this process, some cement/beton / plaster/cracked bricks/sand will fall down to the ground. And if these mixture of beton/plaster and other materials are not cleaned in time, they will be coagulated and get harder.  While this machine can easily and effectively sweep/clean above construction rubbish, and make the ground flat.
