How to get relevant replies to buying leads/enquiries?

I have posted leads and made specific enquiries but, in almost every case, my requirements are ignored. I am seeking small deliveries, i.e. about 10,000 metres, of high quality 5mm jute cord/rope, yet either receive generic email replies offering every other kind of jute product or massive MOQ's quoted. How can I get suppliers to accurately respond to my requirements?
Am I even on the right site to find suppliers who deal in less than a container load at a time? If not, where should I be looking?

If/ When you find a way to get ONLY replies that you want. please let the rest of us know too!.
It's something you just deal with.
Personally if their response isn;t even CLOSE to what I posted a lead about then I just SPAM their email, since they will ALWAYS reply the same sort of way.
