Many people have been complaining that it is impossible to edit our profile. To be more precise, apparently it can be done, but the correction never appears on the screen. We always continue seeing our old profile. As you can imgaine, that sometimes causes big problems to our businesses, as potential customers suspect we might be scammers. Please help us out here.

In fact, my thanks to the Service Team for trying to help me on a previous occassion, but it was useless. I still have my old profile. So something is wrong somewhere else.

As there are only 2 sections of your profile can be modified: Personal Photo and Personal Message, could you please specify which one you found unable to change?
