I've tried to do business with an Alibaba supplier in Pakistan who advertises product.  I've ordered two sample rain suits from this individual and for three months have not received anything except repeated vague promises that "shipping will go out immediately".  Never happened.  This is not a huge deal $125 for two samples, including shipping, but is there a way to advertise a complaint against this supplier? (similar to Ebay, for instance).  Thanks for any advice you can provide.  I think the supplier is just ducking my e-mails at this point.
