Hi Everybody, I am new on alibaba and I am not a Gold supplier, I have some words about the trade to share. Hope you will find something in my words no matter good or bad. thank you for your time.

What should a good supplier be?

Does lowest price helps to win more customers?

After sale service should be paid more attention on. Price is just a sign of your attitute. Lower price wins some customers, but if the supplier is pretty much into scams, the lower price is the key to cheat. Customer service is what most of the suppliers will ignore.

What does customer want? Top quality products? Lowest price? Good service? What order will you make those three if you were the buyer?

Good quality products are not difficult to find nowadays worldwide, what you made gets you what you earn.Everybody has a bottom line of price for the product. Of course every buyer has a desire quality as well. The point of a sucessful trade is wether the line and the desire meet each other.

The price, how much is reasonable? The lowest price is not what everybody can afford, some of them made things with higher cost. So that, the price for a certain product is not a certain number for every different supplier. Price changes from seller to seller, even sometimes it changes everyday too.

After sale service means what responsibility you take for what you sold and got paid. Service divided the real serious seller out of the scamers. In another way, After sale service is what the buyer will get after the risks they took. This is not really fair somehow and this is also why PAYPAL is so popular. Buyers are quite sure about they can of course pay by Western Union or other instant payment method, but it depends. A good after sale servicer provider needs a long time to find out and realize. Earning trust is more difficult than earning profit. Every seller knows to catch each opportunity to earn profit, but some of them forgot to catch the chance of earning trust too. Maybe, sometime the seller lost the profit or maybe together with the cost, even times more than it. but, long term business makes a billionair. Look at the further business more, there will not be any single buyer hates to do business with a good after sale service company, we are human, everybody makes mistakes, but the attitute is very important. Whether you will face it or you will ignore it. If you face it, solve it with your after sale service, you win more chance. If you don't, you lost not only one customer, you lost your mind!

I hereby give you notice on Aug 14 th 2009, that i Duane Holub have not received the HP computer as agreed. I have paid to you via Western Union money transfer 580.00 USD on July 16 th 2009.
You agreed to send this shipment out via DHL courier and this has not happened and you have stated you had sent it out via China Post which has not reached my residence here in the Philippines as agreed.
