Verified Gold Members

many of the chinese companies show themselves as verified gold members.... are they truly verified??? can these suppliers be trusted? I'm eagerly waiting for a response... the way it looks, the gold member option is through alibaba itself, so are they worth trusting?

In general terms you could say that this certification proves that the company really exists, but it doens't tell you anything about how honest they are.
