I see the advantages of the escrow, what is it disadvanatage, or it do not have any disadvantages at all!

mostly the seller will send the goods and the buyer will put the money on Escro account, In case the goods was caught in bad condition, the problem may caused from the delivery, neither from the buyer, or seller? How it gonna to do now?

Ok, I accept this Escrow; whatever. But if buyer deny to that Escrow company to pay the money to seller after having successful shipment (without any claim), then it's complete loss of seller. It's bit difficult for seller to get the money of order, in this condition. What is the solution?
