Can someone please tell me the cheapest way to send samples, which are small enough to fit in an 8.5" X 11" envelope, to Canada without costing a fortune.  Understandably, when testing out new suppliers, one does not want to pay through the nose, just to get samples shipped.  I am having a hard time trying to track down estimates from Courier companies, and I am wondering if the China post, with insurance attached, would be the least painful method.  Can anyone offer some words of wisdom please?
