Hello ,
I want to inform you that this guy is doing fraud. This Monday I sent him 1000 USD via Western Union and he promised to send me 10 Iphones the sam day. Yesterday he contacted me and said there is a problem and wanted to send him 800USD more. I said No, and then he wrote that 'm stupid and he will not return my money. I can forward you his e-mails for proof. I only want to protect other people. Please consider my email seriously.

I am sorry to hear that you were scammed by scammer.
But You are not so intellect,no one will make 100USD/pc iphone for you,except high copy.And I see the website you send above,and seems he never sell iphone at all.Meanwhile,I cannot see his fax number,you think there is few people who do business without fax.How do u think?

I am China lawyer, I am very puzzled by one thing:
In China, if you want to get money with Western Union, you must show your personal ID card, and the postal office WU window will photocopy the ID card of the person who receives the money.
Then, if a scammer scams you, you can report to police, the police go to check the ID card, and the scammer has no where to run away.
But I see too many buyers scammed, but they never get back their money scammed.
One reason is that the police in China is lazy, they do not care about such small case. The other reason is that China was invaded by foreign armies, and police would think: it is no problem that Chinese scam foreigners, because foreigners did bad thing to China before!
I heard one policewoman in Guangzhou City said this!
So, the only hope to protect yourself, is to make sure that a supplier is a true supplier first.

Does anybody know of any legal way to put Candi (the person involved in communication with me and other victims) and Liying Chen (the person who picked up Western Union payments from me and other victims) from SHENZHEN YADITA ELECTRONICAL CO.,LTD.(www.yadita.com) in jail for a long time? These thieves and thugs robbed me for US$766. They robbed others for even larger amounts of money. I will appreciate any good hint or tip.

Actually I tried to buy the laptop I ordered from SHENZHEN YADITA ELECTRONICAL CO. for an orphan. He does not have a good English command so I helped him. He has no money for another after this Chinese firm robbed him, an orphan. Right now I don't know what to say him, this orphan. He lost a mother at 16, never had a father. Nobody cares of him. It is an ugly thing to scam people. But to scam orphans is at least 10 times much uglier. Of course, I am virtually a native speaker. I can write a good story how a Chinese company robbed an orphan and send it to all the media I know. Could it make big news?

I almost whent ahead and purchased from this Company, was doing my Fraud/Scam test before i wanted to pay the bugger and I came across this posting, suppose i saved my self the heartache and missery of loosing a few thousand dollars. Thanks you for the post and i sincerely hope that you get this issue resolved and get your money back.

We (Rutodes BV) are also scammed with fake products. They send us fake micro sd cards. On the card stay 32 GB but they are 2 GB. We reported it to the police in Holland. And now we will place all information of the scammer on many many sites because the supplier does not react when we call, send mail and even speak by MSN. So people, DON'T BUY FROM THEM !!
