We are specializing in grinding wheels from shenzhen,I have a customer who comes from Australia want to import 1600pcs flap wheels,the total amount is $264.general speaking.our MOQ is 5000pcs,because he said he want to check our quality at first,if it is ok,he will place a lager order with me.I quoted to him and he is satisfied with my quotation,we chatted about one  week ,he often said its been nice talking to me.and he aksed me send the bank details of our company to his email box at any time of last week,he will go on business several days.I have told him our usual practice is down payment30% and the balance is by T/T before the shipment.he said he would like to pay the full amount in advance,after all it is small amount,I am very glad to hear that,one reason is he trust me so much,the other is I want to make a first deal,because it is my firt job since I graduated from college.i send the bank details of our company to him,it is not personal account,but the bank name of our company is Hongkong **** Co,Ltd,our company name is Shenzhen ****Co,Ltd,because last month my boss register a Hongkong account in order to let overseas customers transfer USD and HKD to us,of course we have domestic account,but it is only for CNY. he was no reply,I thought he was busy and went on business.then I just waiting.sometimes he was on line and I chatting with him,but no response,Yesterday I saw he was on line again and contact with him, he said he has to make some changes to his existing business and not ready place to an order with me,I asked why,but no response,I donot know whether it is ture of his words.I thouth it is just because the bank name of company and the address are different from our company name,he think I am a cheater? I really donot know why,anyone who can help me make some analysis?

I think the whole things is that:


1.the buyer want to the price from other suppliers and compared to his primary supplier.That may one reason.If the price is almost same,you know who he will choose.He deal with you,he will face more risk.


2.Your company account name is not same to your company.That seriously cause people think you are scammer.So when you send our company account,you should explain the reason why the company account name is this.So i say you know how to do now.

  thank you for your reply,the fact is at the beginning i wasn't aware of  the bank details of our company.after he said he not ready to place an order with me,i want to know why and want to found the reason.finally i found maybe it is because of the account name is not same to my company.he think i am cheater,but now is it necessary for me explain to him why the company account is not same to our company?

i have met the same thing as yours,after that,i knew the customer has other supplier when we nearly make a deal.

so i think we should do as soon as possible with the trial oder.

You should send one email to him and ask the exact reason from him.ask him for help please.If your client is kind enough,he will indicate some words then you will know what happened.

One word, be honest in everything.business is based on the personal's good reputation and the companie's.

Your client will find you finally if they found you are an honest person. don't worry! Most of my clients placed order with me after we know each other for many years. He know clear about us.I think this is important,no one can do business with someone who is not fimiliar.
