I have found that you must ask a supplier to give you a copy of their business registration and their copy of the export license for the product brand that they are exporting.

Don't do business with Chengdu Honglai Trading Co., Ltd! I have found them to be a fraudulent company!!! My colleagues in China confirms this. The quotes they give you is too good to be true! They don't accept paypal. Without accepting paypal payments is very risky!
