Copy branded design

I would like to ask manufacturer to produce sport suit with 3 stripes like Adidas design without use Adidas logo. I have replace it with my company own logo. The only design I copy is only "3 stripes". IS it possible to to that? Any fault in legall matter? Pls advise me. TQ
