thanks for the opinion, for me, this is few point that may be helpful:
1. Subject must be simple yet clear because this is the main point of whether your client will open the e-mail or throw them into trash without looking at it.
2. Must not have grammer or spelling problems or else they will think we are not qualified to deal with them (writing is the most basic things yet we still have mistake)
3. Send the e-mail to the correct person, if possible, do not send the e-mail to a shared e-mail address, tried to get the PIC e-mail address.
4. Do not write a long article in the e-mail, make the introduction and the main point clear because your client might not have so much time to read through long article and short & simple intro will reduce the mistake
5. make sure that your contact is clear for the client to get back to you.
6. attach photo and detailed information in the introduction of products.

it should have a small description of ur experience and mastery in the field .
