i can't sign into the trademanager.
it says either m not connected to d internet or my settings are not correct..but wher i see both are ok

it have 2 reasons either ur internet is not good or u have install older version of trademanger

Also delete cookies from your Temp file.

trade manager is very good useful program.
because in the Alibaba.com site, there are so many
buyer and seller.
they can see whether you are in internet or not.

i think you need to remove cookies and temporary internet files
go to internet options and delete it fro there

I sign into the trademanager,but When Iwant to contact friends,it always appears the page that asks me to download the trademanager,or my TM has been signed out.Why?

First ,your company should already register in ali.
Then,your boss would have ID and password.
Last,you can use log in and dredge your own accouts.
