Do u know what it is and who issue it ?

Usually a certificate of conformity better known as a certificate of compliance is a written statement; normally generated by a quality control department, which states that the product being shipped meets the customer's specifications and a minimum set of regulatory, technical and safety requirements. Since this is different with every product and country, I would ask the buyer exactly what he expects on the certificate.
