I come to with the honest and most sincerity. In an attempt not prejudge any foreign countries, we are going to inform you of one company in China that you should not buy from: HOTOP TECHNOLOGY. We purchased a I9B in hopes of doing future business and the phone stop working after 3 days. I informed them of this and they said to check the book. This company gives Chinese companies a bad name.

I am the green hand in the field of foreign trade and also the only one who take charge of managing our company site in alibaba. Presently, I ask myself how shuold find genuine buyer when I am trying to find customer, and I list in the following:

As for the first question:  

Firstly, you should clear target market which is fit for the actual state of your company, so that it is relatively easy to find customers in a certain market circle.

Secondly, you can search by key words, buying leafd or category in a certain region.

Thirdly, you should find a more credible buyer, so it is safe to trade with him.

Fourthly, you should make full use of trafde message, introducing your potential buyers your lastest products or prompting your company.

Fifthly, you should reply them instantly when they sent you e-mail

Sixthly, subscribe trade alert and find the useful message.

As for second question:

Firstly, you need to ask more detailed information about your comtomers when you communicate with them, like their company credibility degree, their site, do not trust them before checking these.

Secondly, you should ask them concrete requirements or sent you samples of products when a buyer sents you inquiry at the first time. The more question you ask, the better to know whether this buyer is propersive. Some of them will not further cotact you if he just plans to get quotation.

Thirdly, you can call the photo NO. to check whether this company has this man who catact you or whether they want to purchase your products.

These are my understanding to share with you.
