Its really a nice feeling to be part of such a nice group where people come and openly discuss trade related issues.

 


 

 

As an entrepreneur the thing which is troubling us most now days is our sales going down day by day because of the present recession and various other factors, but we have to find some good solution to boom up our sales and keep ourselves rolling and I thing it would be really easy if we openly discuss and suggest each other solutions to do so as we all know that every one of us have different ideas and concepts to do so and sharing them on one platform will help us all.

 


 

 

Let’s start it right away, as I am opening this discussion so its my responsibility to express my ideas first……

 


 

 

I started my business almost 15 years back with a small company at that time things were very different and easy from what they are today and we were able to find good buyers for our products very easily but now its really difficult and to overcome it me and my team went into long discussions and finally came out with few important points.

 


 

 

The foremost among them were

 


 

 

a.                   Properly defining our target market.

b.                  Giving most importance in developing our self not as a company but as a brand.

c.                   Building up a strong business network across the globe.

d.                  Doing structured and conceptual marketing for our selves.

e.                   Doing extensive research to understand the evolving trends of our market.

f.                    Developing an excellent channel for communication with our clients.

g.                   Providing maximum value-added and promotion services to our clients.

 


 

 

And surely the above had helped us a lot. I will surely go in details of each of the above and would explain in length to the members how to do it, but before that I would like others also to come up and express their thoughts and surely in the coming time we all will be benefiting from our discussions here.

Personally speaking,keep good attitude,face the current situation bravely,meanwhile,hunt for appropriate way to approach potential customer,do your endeavour to achieve mutual target,aslo need to save cost.Let's strive together!
