I am Amanda from China . No matter you are chinese supplier or clients from overworld I hope everyone will pay attention to this guy --Rickos Mario Nicolaides from UK LONDON. Usually ,he was known by Richard . Before his company is called IMPTEX group .
Before , I worked for him in his branch company IMPTEX in China . But until now , I didnot get my salary for three monthes and he even delete me from his msn contact list . Not only me didnot get the basic salary from him . Other his branch offices in china ,like wenzhou is also getting no salary for over 3monthes . He cheated us to send our clients list to him before he paid the salary .After sending the list to him ,he deleted us .Besides, it is said that he closed his old company IMPTEX and open a new company . Until now , no one know his new uk company name .So please be careful when seeing his name .
Besides, he didnot pay large amount for chinese factories . I heard from his Ningbo office that even some factories send the lawyer documents ,he seemed nothing happened . I think he thought chinese law cannot do anything to him and he is in uk .

All the three companies called IMPTEX .

Please be careful when finding this guy . Hope otheres will not be cheated by him.
There are more and more legitimate foreign business people setting up in China, but there are two types of foreign business people that you best avoid in China:
a. slash and burn types - that still think that China is the 'wild west' where no rules apply and that they can overrule local suppliers and get everything that they want with nothing in return;
b. pie in the sky types - that think that they will make millions in their business dealings with China even though they have no personal experience with the business. Promises are made, expectations are raised, but nothing fulfills these promises and many Chinese employees get left behind.
You have learned from your experiences and hopefully this will help you find a better position in the future.
Also bear in mind that many Chinese companies also do this sort of thing to local Chinese workers so dont let your guard down.
