How to ensure the quality of received goods is what you ordered?
Post 1 of 7
First, you do need to write that production quality should meet with the samples which you approved to them for production, some buyer even have signature on the sample to avoid games.

Secondly, inspection before shipment, you should have anyone send to the supplier to inspect the goods, there is also a inspection rate, you have to write it on the contract, so inspector can do according to this standard.

Thirdly, to have full quality control of your order, if you can do this, I am sure you can get perfect quality. we call this quality control under production, that is depend on what kind of products, check interior material or workmanship before it is made or halfmade, or before assembling.

Finally, if you still can not get good quality from this supplier, then you have to change supplier. Usually, the inspector would know situation of the factory, such like if it is something that the factory really can not do well, or they are not cooperating well, that would need to negotiate with them, maybe after a negotiating they can improve from next order.
