By contract we refund the full value of the products but give no refund on any kind of fees or commissions .
This could sound bad , but please consider :
1) cutting expenses is a must for surviving in today's economy
2) in the last two years we have had only 4 claims and for 3 of them the buyers found reasonable our conditions of
refund . Only one asked for free shipping , we didn't give it to him , and we lost the client . The other 3 are still our valuable clients.
3) The shipping fee charged to the buyer was in a range of 3 - 8 % of the value of the defective items . from my point of view this is still a win - win condition .
I believe in working with high quality control ( so only few claims ) and cutting expenses .
