IF you know their language is better,otherwise use English, there are so many translation software.

Use short sentences and easier words. Dont use jargon and quotes...google translates almost all the languages so i dont think there should be any problem...

haha, many solutions
1.translator: ask help from translator ,they will help u but charge u also.
2.meeting: have a meeting with the supplier, face to face, they will know you want to buy their products and offer you price .but it will cost u much.
3.set up a buying office . it's expensive but if you are a big company, it's ok.
4 find an agent ! agent like trust-office in china can help all customers in sourcing, inspecting, transport, forwarder, pay and so on. www.trust-office.com
