After deal with many clients who ask me to source or verify suppliers.

I found such a things, that is the paypal cost to much for payment, I do not know how much it cost at overseas, anyway, the fee here in china cost really very high. and this fee will be for buyers, as I see this paypal fee in the invoice when my client want me to follow up his order. so I found there is a paypay fee in the invoice to be paid by buyer. 

In my opinion, buyers think that it is protective for them although it cost a little. But why not add a little more for send an agent to verify them a become an long-term supplier, and you can know how the supplier's actual ability, to consider a future business, I think this would be a best choice when you are doing business.

i think it's wise to ues Paypal

PayPal is an expensive and cumbersome bank transfer unless you deal at E-bay. Alibaba (and all forms of wholesale foreign trade) is not E-bay.

I heard that when the money will be transfered or took out from the paypal account  ,it will cost some fee,i don't known if it is true.

I am certified China lawyer providing international legal services to seller and buyer, I use paypal to receive payment and send money collected for foreigners, I think paypal is very good because it is very quick and safe, because you can get the money immediately, and it is also safe because you can not get the cash unless via bank.

The only shortcoming is that paypal fee is quite high.

Paypal is not good idea, because people can take money back, the rights own by the buyer, he just make notes to the payment which is money back if i am not happy with the results, then even you got the payment, the buyer can take back because of the note.

paypal  doesn't respond for the lost or quality of your products . l don't  want to use paypal anymore . there is much  better options.

If you read small print of paypal it says paypal guarrantee delivery not the quality of the product

yes there is paypal fees about 4%. Other banks or companies charge fees for transfer of money

one bad thing about paypal is they can block your money for upto 180 days.
