What's the difficulty to import small quantity for Fashion & Apparel items?
If you are a wholeseller or retailer, and whant to import fashion & Apparel items from China?
What's the difficulty for you buy these from suppliers?
For selling these items at your end, you need a very wide range of styles, maybe each style to be 3-4pcs, but how would you buy them?
1.if buy from trading company or suppliers, the quantity may still not big enough.
2. if coming to china and go to the whosale market to buy, the travel cost would almost higher than the orders.
So, tell us your difficulties you have and if you already have your ways, could you share your experience with us?

As what I understand, to buy small quantity, cost will be very higher, and some supplier is not interested in, way of buying is from wholesaler or retailer.
Material sourcing in China
It is a difficult task to buy in small quantities. I intend to buy ten or more samples for my business. I'm mostly interested in ladies wear regarding items like skirts, blouses, slippers and bags. I don't want to travel from London to China. How can I get an agent or anyone for that matter to help me?

I had that problem when wanting stuff from China
I was buying phones from a person in Guangzhou, and so he would buy whatever I needed from the markets there. We did this for 5 years, and I never met the man in person. I never had one problem with him and we sent thousands of dollars to him personally. The clothing and jewelery was pretty well what we wanted. My partner and i went to the last Canton Fair in April, and he met us at the airport, and he is the nicest young man and even nicer in person. For 2 weeks he took such good care of us, and we were so amazed that we actually found this honest young man in that big country. We also have a girl in Ningbo that actually lead us to Tim, and she is great.
I guarantee you will not go wrong with these 2 persons. They are so honest and helpful, and they drive a good bargain on your behalf. We pay them for their services. After meeting Tim we can hardly wait till next fair to spend time with him and his family in Oct. If you want to have either of them help you, I will certainly pass your name and contacts on to them.
