Discrimination of exisiting trust pass customer over new customers in India

Dear All,
We understand from your Alibaba team about new offer of Gold Supplier.
We want to know why there are two different rules for existing customers and
new customers. We request you to kindly look into this matter as this rule
is strongly against the existing customers whose
trust pass will expire by end of 2009.

This is just a discrimination of existing Trust pass customer over new customer and we strongly oppose this new policy and scheme

please note that we are going to launch the Gold Supplier on July 1st, 2009. When it is launched, all currently TrustPass members will be upgraded to Gold Supplier members automatically and for free.
