I also have a problem, I applied for Gold Supplier mebership and one person contacted me and I send a reply with anwers but then he disappeared and never got back to me!!!!

please note that Gold Supplier service has not been launched yet.
Gold Supplier service will be launched on July 1st, 2009 (but changes may take effect on June 22, 2009).
After it is launched, all curent TrustPass members will be upgraded to Gold Supplier members automatically.
