Certainly, the best way is to send one local people to inspect goods at the factory.

What products do you deal with?

Where is the vendors located?

I supply this service, if you need my help, you can contact me to talk about it.

[em18]I understand you also have a factory in mainlad China. When you are talking quality control in production, this is the responsility of the QC inspector or Engineer but of course with overall supervision from the factory Manager. But even with this set-up, you still have problems with p[roduct quality, I suggest to send the QC inspector/Engineer to your Factory in Peru for training and seminar. This is empowering our resources, our employee.

actually to choose a good and trustworthy supplier is the most ideal way to control qualtiy. you could check the factory yourself and get to learn more about your potential vendor before production. you could learn the reputation of the suppliers by communication with other similar buyers in the industry. usually big suppliers have relatively stricter quality control system. but so far to send a local inspector to inspect the goods before shipment is the best way to control quality.

Finding a China supplier is one thing. Finding a reliable supplier is another!

What we do?

We find the reliable China product suppliers – not just some manufacturers found on a China sourcing directory on the Internet.

Then we negotiate in Chinese with these suppliers to achieve the best price/quality ratio possible.

Most Internet based China sourcing directories only show a fraction of the suppliers we have access to. We dig much deeper to find the right China suppliers for you.

We check out the suppliers long before any order is placed.

Once an order is placed we provide a quality control procedure second to none to ensure that the product delivered to you is as good as, or even better, than the one you ordered or the sample you approved.

We have an absolute passion for quality and excellence. We know that however inexpensive your product is when sourced from China, all benefits are lost if the product is un-saleable due to poor quality.

We hold your hand throughout the entire process – from sourcing to delivery. We handle the headaches. That’s why our customers come back to us again and again and again.

If you are already importing and having quality, communications, pricing or logistics problems we can solve your headaches. We are China sourcing experts with a difference.

Furthermore, we can do whatever you need because we are your employees in China!

Let us know what you are looking for and we will supply advice an/or quotes for the best China suppliers.

And when you order we can provide you with a quality control service second to none.  We can also arrange all shipping logistics relating to your supply.

We can handle all types of manufacturing and we can be your offshore outsourcing service provider.

Your eyes in the factory! Make your business safer in China!

Have your own china employee now!

First, you must not cooperate with the supplier who give you the cheapest price.

2nd: you need to try to offer full details to the supplier asap. That will help supplier know your idea and make goods right

I think as supplier, they also want to offer you good quality :)

Inspection can never produce quality. Quality can only be produced during continuous production process. Inspection is only a "Goal Keeper". However when something is detected during inspection, it is perhaps too late for both customer and manufacturer.

Quality issue is in fact getting involved of two parts, Quality Assurance and Quality Control..........I do not want to get into too detailed in those areas and just simply give my suggestions to the initial writer.

a) request a Global compliance report from your vendor: as most of the potential vendors should have this requested from and done for other big customer.

b) request a Factory evaluation report from your vendor: Ditto

c) request a product test report from your vendor: I believe you should buy somehow the ready products from your vendor. They should have this test report from his other big customer. This can ensure you that the product you buy is complied with other country legislation, e.g. CPSIA of US........this is a safety issue.......the very basic requirements of any products.

cc) request a pre-production sample from your vendor: this ensures that they are going to produce what you buy......product specifications.

e)ask your vendor how they can produce good quality product: e.g control of raw materials, product constructions as well as production control.....etc.

f) based on e), timely ask them for the internal control reports.

g) after review of the above scenario, you can then consider by yourself if online inspection or final inspection is necessary.

h) you may employ 3rd party inspection body for inspection.

The above-mentioned points are only the primary guidelines for reference. It really depends on the products if further "Critical Control" points should be applied.
