To MGE

From my point of view.

The first important is to find a person who is trustable.

Secondly, the one should be experienced in purchasing and negociating with factories.

Third, the one can provide quick services for you ,should make quick action upon receipt your enquires.

Forth,The one should work hard .

Do you agree?

When we say good representative or agent, we normally look at the performance or output of that representative or agent for a certain product or products. On the other hand we say " NO GOOD" if the performance or output is oitherwise. There are a lot of factors affecting the performance and I would like to state some: 1. Poor aftersales support   2. Poor product knowledge 3. Inferior quality and features of the product/s compare to others 4. No good discounting and commission terms 5. Discourage Quota system.

Product knowledge is very important in every sales activities and infact product presentation and seminars is the indirect way of doing sales.

In my recent experience I have placed orders with multiple companies operating out of China. I have since found that these companies are listing their products as 925 sterling silver. Once my items arrived I then brought them to my friend who owns a very professional jewelry store. Upon completion of the testing he found that the items were plated and not solid sterling silver. I also found this to be true from the suppliers on Ebay that are located in China, they stamp their merchandise 925 as well and it is so over priced for fake jewelry. I have since found a reputable supplier located in the United States. I had their sterling silver cores tested and they are all solid. The company I am now buying all of my product through is www.pandorastylebeads.com. They have extremely low MOQ’s and very good pricing. All of their merchandise is absolutely beautiful when it arrives.

I own a biodiesel refinery in NYC. Our company is heavily involved in Global Trade. We have been searching high and low for a company that provides "REAL" verification services. We have been sent numerous fake offers from both buyers and sellers. We receive 5-8 LOI's from brokers claiming that they are mandates and deals fall apart every day. Recently we were dealing with an African buyer that wasted our time for 2 months just to ask us for a registration fee of 5,000 to import our product in to Benin. We are fed up! We came across a great company called www.b2bvalidate.com. They do it all. We decided to use them for a basic search that cost us $99. This prevented us from sending out $1,000 worth of samples. I do NOT work for this company nor do I benefit in any way by writing this! I just want to put it out there, that these people are good, they saved us money. I know that many people on alibaba.com would benefit from their services. [em21]

First, Product knowledge is very important Second, The representative should also have knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, delivery etc At last, the Rep needs to be trustable and willing to work with you for long term run. Just my thoughts.
