I have sent a sample to my customer in Dominica on 18th,May. and it arrived on 23th,May. Firstly, the cusomer agree to pay the frt when recieve the sample.but now i dont know why they dont pay to get it. and i have sent many emails,no reply. i called him yesterday, he didnot answer the phone. i donot y. so confused. is there some one help me? what should i do?
i guess maybe the custmer find the frt is high when know how much the frt is?
I have sent samples to the customer by FEDex few days ago and it will arrived tonight. I real hope it will not occur the same matter with the author.
