I have sent a sample to my customer in Dominica on 18th,May. and it arrived on 23th,May. Firstly, the cusomer agree to pay the frt when recieve the sample.but now i dont know why they dont pay to get it. and i have sent many emails,no reply. i called him yesterday, he didnot answer the phone. i donot y. so confused. is there some one help me? what should i do?

i guess maybe the custmer find the frt is high when know how much the frt is?

you should be aware of the sample collecters , some of them are there to get the samples for free and have shop selling over these free samples , be prepared for the next time , either receive the freight in advance or put the samples in buyers account , atleast you may save your freight amount , and offcourse time is also saved .

I have sent samples to the customer by FEDex few days ago and it will arrived tonight. I real hope it will not occur the same matter with the author.

my supplier es me pay frieght up front.I would not trust the caribean islands,. none of them

i just met with the problem that a customer supplied me with a Fedex account, he was a buyer in Pakistan, but the number showed in Wuxi (a city in China). So i thought he was a cheater, and then i did not send the sample to him.

Rajaram is right. It's sample hunter. So as to have not regret similar case, ask courier acct number of beneficiary and send "Freight Collect". If general trader it doesn't matter. Also if no account they will suggest other solution. -Jay

if you chose DHL , I think you must pay the freight charge when the customers refuse pay the DHL CHARGE, also the time will be longer feedback by DHL, but if you take FEDEX, I think will be better. BEcause Fedex will be check customers .
