maybe you can ship it by sea if you are not urgent need of it.
I think it do not takes much time to reach Califonia by sea.

Ningbo to California (Los Angeles/ Long Beach) is about 4 days (depending on route)..... There are a gazillion ships every day........ Ningbo to Oakland is less travelled and may take a few days longer.
For that Weight/ Volume you are sending the shipment LCL.
Sea is still much cheaper than air.
