We work for our initial biz. with new suppliers only with Escrow.com
If they dont agree to, we dont start with them at all...
Each vendor should be glad for this possibility of confidence-building measures, if he is not, something grave is wrong with him
Anyway, Escrow.com is safe, easy and convenience for each one involved.

Most of China company telling we donot have paypal account. i Think they may be scamers. Be aware .

My idea: If Alibaba will Provide Escrow Service then it si very good for all buyer.

Guys what is being asked here is does anyone know of a paypal type of service to protect the buyer from fraud, so the customer has recourse in the event he or she feels they are being scammed.

If this isn't something that alibaba hasn't adressed they need to in a big way otherwise no one is really going to trust the service it's simple if your customer doesn't feel secure buying from your service they simply will go someplace that they will feel safe.
