if you need translation for many document, then I think that is better to find a chinese ask he/she work or help for you, but if you just need to understand what the seller said in their email, then I think that is better download a translation tool (english to chinese, chinese to english)...chinese people also use this tool currently when they meet fresh english words.
also...you can use some free translation web page to help you close to your seller....
