its not good to ask a new buyer to via non-refundable payments methods, You should ask the supplier what is the problem with you in making payment via L./C or Documents against payment menthod.. I think u understood

I do not agree. WU is a vehicle of payment. WU is not a Sales Contract. I do not worry If I have a good SC. For a good SC, do google.
