No order from good impression buyers but from no image buyers.

I have attend 5 times fair...each fair I can meet many foreigners..some impress me but no orders from them, some I have no image but they contact with me and place order.. for example, ..How can I find the valuable buyers? by the way..I sell wood furniture. I will attend the furniture fair in 5 days..so your advice is very appreciated..
