1) To choose the vendor who can reply you any question promptly and detailedly , of course, the price should be very competitive and who can give you good warranty on the quality, specially for the electronic product.


2) For several samples , by express such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX. TNT are the choices. For small orders , by air is the best way. For the big orders , by sea is the most economical way, but it need about one month, and the important is you must buy the insurance for the shipment.


3) If one sample is about 3.5KG, the shipping cost by DHL is about USD75 to east Europeans countries such as Netherlands, Germany, UK , etc. If by air for about 100kg, the shipping cost USD5.5/kg.


4) In China, most the supplier offer one year guarantee.


5) As for the importing company , at least, they should pay the importing duty. You can find you local shipping company to check more details.

Because the computer parts' price drop or raise every day, time is money.you should choose express.like UPS/FEDEX/DHL/TNT etc.
3.What is the cost for shipment?
we are a big customer of Fedex/ups/dhl. our system is connected to theirs. we can calculate the freight immediately from San Jose USA to any city in the world and our freight is cheaper.
