You can use your tel phone No. as your fax No.
By the way, you should apply 1 more no. to be your fax. May be you do not have fax machine but you can use "Winfax" instead of it

You can get a free number from Flextel and divert it to a fax machine or receive your faxes from flextel by email. None of the services cost any money and you can have national or local rate numbers.
