Replying to [Wilkesy]: Hi, I am a certified PayPal member but it doesn't really protect you against receiving crap goods like escrow does it? With escrow you can inspect the goods before releasing the money but I don't think PayPal has this facility does it? I'm just curious because maybe I'm missing some feature of PayPal.

Great advise also for payment by L/C instead of T/T. Can I ask you what is the small amount for making a payment by L/C? and what happens if the suppliers don't accept the L/C for small order ex: $1,000 is it a small amount for L/C?
What happens if the samples they sent to us are good, so we can believe in them and once place a big order? I do not say all but half of them are not as good or the same as the samples? what do you do? they said that they will exchange or replace with another order? can this be trusted? Can you hire an independant QA or QC overthere to check the orders before shipping and then make payment? with your experiences can you share with us? either bogus or fake, but worse, most in Putian city ask for advance payment and then as
soon as they receive the money then suddenly their phone numbers change, their titles and
positions change even the website they were doing business with change. Yet, some of these
so called traders are listed with Alibaba as not just gold member but as Trustpass member.
I am not sure where the reputation of Alibaba goes into picture from this. I have recently
been scammed by and taken my money and no goods were shipped. I like everyone to know and
be careful when they do business with this particular group. The tarders name is:
