Each SuperDeals promotion focuses on specific product themes and only products that meet the promotion requirements are selected.

2. How does SuperDeals beneficial to me?
By providing buyers with essential trade info, SuperDeals help suppliers increase the quality of inquiries they receive and help buyers save time sourcing the products they want. Overall, SuperDeals help speed up negotiations for both buyers and suppliers.

3. What kind of promotions are available on SuperDeals?
Promotions vary depending on market trends, allowing suppliers to showcase products or take advantage of buying behaviors that happen to be popular at the time. Here is a list of promotions currently available on SuperDeals:
Bargain Deals – Products that are available at prices lower than those available elsewhere
Seasonal Products - Products that are only available at certain times of the year e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.
Wholesale Products - Large products that are available at low MOQ and at factory prices.
New & Novel Items - New products with special feature(s) unavailable elsewhere.
Stock Clearance – Products that are being cleared-off suppliers’ inventory and sold at low prices.
Regional Products - Specialty products that display strong characteristics of certain countries or regions.
Eco-Friendly Products - Products with energy saving features, eco-friendly characteristics or manufacturing methods.
Business Services – Promotion from suppliers offering trade services such as Shipping, Printing, OEM and more.

4. How much will it cost me to promote my products on SuperDeals?
SuperDeals is available FREE to all Alibaba.com Members.

5. What products can I promote on SuperDeals?
Any product that adheres to Alibaba.com's product posting rules and regulations can be promoted on SuperDeals. Promotions may be specific to an industry or product category. Please visit the SuperDeals Homepage often to make sure you don't miss a promotion that’s right for you. 

6. What are the requirements for promoting products on SuperDeals?
Each SuperDeals promotion has its own theme and requirements. Please click on a specific promotion to see its requirement(s).

7. Why are there different promotional requirements for the same product?
Different promotions have different requirements and benefits to buyers. Only by highlighting those differences can a promotion stand out from the others.

8.If my products meet all the requirements, is it guaranteed that they will be promoted?
Yes.

9. There aren't any promotions suitable for my products. What can I do?
New promotions are launched on a weekly basis on SuperDeals. Check out our promotion list regularly for new opportunities

10. How do I know if my application has been approved?
A notice will be sent out to your Registered E-Mail Address once your application is approved. Applications are usually approved within 3 working days.

11. Where can I locate SuperDeals on Alibaba.com?
Links directing you to SuperDeals can be found on the Alibaba.com Homepage, Buy Channel and Product Category pages.

12. How many products can I submit for each promotion?
You can submit an unlimited number of products for each promotion.

13. Why is my product listed so far down on the Promotion List?
Products are listed based on the time they were last modified and approved. The most recently displayed or edited products will always show up first.

14. How do I apply for a SuperDeals promotion?
Step 1 - Sign in to My Alibaba
Step 2 - Click ‘Current Promotions’ under ‘Selling Tools’                                   
Step 3 - Click ‘Join Promotions’ and choose the promotion you want to join
Step 4 - Complete and submit the required information
Step 5 – Approval usually takes 3 working days. Once your products have been approved, you will get a message in your Message Center in My Alibaba.

15. How do I edit products that have already been submitted and/or listed on SuperDeals?
Step 1 – Sign in to My Alibaba
Step 2 – Click ‘Current Promotions’ under ‘Selling Tools’
Step 3 – Select the product you wish to edit
Step 4 – Edit and submit changes

Changes usually take 3 working days to be approved, at which time you will get a message in your Message Center in My Alibaba confirming your changes or to notify you of further changes needed.

16. How do I withdraw Products that are currently being promoted on SuperDeals?
Step 1 – Sign in to My Alibaba
Step 2 – Click ‘Current Promotions’ under ‘Selling Tools’
Step 3 – Select the promotion you want to withdraw from under the ‘Approval Pending’ or ‘Approved’ sections
Step 4 – Click ‘Withdraw’, enter the reason why, then confirm your decision

17. What happens if the information on a currently promoted product is modified?
Modifying a product currently featured on SuperDeals will automatically withdraw your product from the promotion. Your modified product will need to be submitted again before it can be featured in the same promotion.

18. How long does each promotion last?
Promotions generally last a month. However, all promotions are kept indefinitely unless products are removed manually.

19. How long will it take for withdrawn product(s) to be removed from a promotion?
It takes up to 24 hours for products to be taken off the promotion list.

20. Can I search for products in SuperDeals?
Yes. Narrow your search by selecting 'Related Categories' or 'Manufacturing Region'
Use our 'Sort by Relevance' option to organize your search results by Price, Terms and Delivery Time.

21. How do I contact suppliers who displayed their products on SuperDeals?
Click 'Chat Now' to chat with suppliers in real-time using our instant messenger tool, TradeManager; or click 'Contact Now' to send an inquiry direct to the supplier's mailbox.
