Foreigners & Buyers of Geniune Leather handbags who uses English Alibaba B2B platform. This factory called PIHANLO  in Guangzhou,  that manufactures designer styled and other leather handbags, got  my company of sampling fee and our samples!!

Their impressive website, product picture on their website does not match the QUALITY of the bags they produce, product price is quite pricey by industry standards! Not only does their expensive samples produced by them have defects, they have also refused to return us our samples sent to their factory!!

Upon visiting their website & after numerous communication with their salesman, we trusted in him, believing in what he've claimed and promised. Now times are bad. Imagine how many more others like me?!

Can't imagine if our company had made the 30% deposit they have asked for the order!  Don't think we could ever get it back..

My personal advice - better off choosing other Leather Handbag factories in GUANGZHOU to work with that are more reliable, professional & can deliver! Never pay for any sampling fee via WU to any factories and always insist of signing trade agreement. Never add T & C to PI as insisted by factories, for safeguarding if anything happens later on. Lastly, if you cannot visit the factory, don't order the samples, chances are the samples might not be up to standard or if the samples are ok, production is another issue i.e. your orders might not be of same quality as the samples they've promised.

You should have done your Due Deligence and run a background check on this factory before proceeding to deal with them.

For the handbag products, I 've been in this line for serveral years. the problem is quality not just when you get a good price and choose them.

Before choosing them for trying corporation, you should send one that specialized in this products to visit their factory. and check workmanship of the products that are unfinished products, see the sample room products to see the products they can make to find out their ability to tech level. Make sure all about these to secure that the one you dealing is really in business, so it is safe to deal with them. Then, go on sampling, get the sample they make to confirm it, and state terms clear and strict in the PO that bulk production should reach the standard of the sample and have pre-shipment inspection according to this sample.

I thing that I want to state is: it is unwise to ask the supplier to quote you the price according the pic you send by email, a real good supplier will not quote you, maybe some not good suppliers would quote you, as it is useless for this quotating without having the sample on hand.

Yes, the send the samples is the best and fastest to start with it, my customers do in this way with me before, it is the most effective way.

You should have realized that you cannot buy another companies product from anyone but the company that bears that name.

So if you want brand name company products then contact the company that bears that name and ask them where you can buy their products.

Factories in China produce product under contract to brand name companies. Factories do not own the products, they just make what they are paid to make. So you cannot buy brand name products from anyone but the brand name company.
