Replying to [vpekk]:Dear Friend,
Let me know what kind of invoice you need? If you want him to send you “commercial invoice”, that’s not something difficult for him. Because he only need to made by him & send you.
I don’t think Chinese government has “minimum value” rule, maybe you need to make clear what exactly they are talking about.

What exactly does a company registration number look like? I have one company (straddlesea company) selling Ipods that tried to tell me that their telephone number was their company registration number as well. Is this correct?

I think it is not necessary the golden supplier will be credit, golden supplier can only shows the supplier invested much money in alibaba. But some suppliers like to attend canton fair, and didn't invest too much money in the website.

Replying to [leighinmohr]: Dear friend, Telephone No. is absolutely not the registration No. of a company. the registration No. of a chinese company should be made up of 13 digits. First two means province or municipality, second two are for city, third two are for county or district belongs to a city, the seventh are for the character of the company, private company or state company or sino-foreign joint venture company etc. the last 6 are for series No. Hope my message would be helpful. good luck!
