Before the order, from the communication with the mill, you can feel something about the mill product quality. By that feeling you choose 2 mills at least. Before the order, and if the order amount or the order importance is heavey, visiting the mill is necessary. Sometimes very important.

FAce to face conversation and negotiations are far better than email

or phone in beginning of a significant buying relationship.  Make the

trip to combine with vacation or short site seeing juncket - you can write

off the travel expenses against your income.
