I was a victim of a scam online before. I bought a sample item from a company and then I sent more money for a larger shipment but I never recieved the merchandise. I do not trust sending large amounts of money to people who may not be authentic. I desire to purchase fashion sunglasses from china. Does anybody know of a company that will do C.O.D (cash on delivery).

Not if the goods are to be delivered to a China shipping address.

Another method is to engage a China helper or shipping forwarder to help you inspect the goods before shipment and then arrange its shipment to you in the States.
