Hello, When I like to answer online on any messages, I cannot send the message. Alibaba sais: "please write on english"

I´m not a nativ speaker, but I thought that my english would be understanable. This is not helping. At leat that alibaba could point out what the system thinks is not english. That would be helpfull.

This problem is very easy to understand and therefore also easy to deal with. What happens is of course that our messages are analyzed by software. There are only 26 characters in the English alphabet, plus a few special characters (like, period, exclamation mark, etc.). If you type in any other character (like the two dots on top of the "u" in the German word for "green"), this software will ask you to write in English. That simple!

So check your text for details like this, and as soon as you eliminated all "offenses" everything will be fine.
