Has anyone had any dealing with a Michael Chang or a Tao Chang aka James?  They were very prompt with their emails to tell us all about themselves but now Michael, who claims to be in Austraila has not responded in 3 weeks and James just tells us that he is in the process of making our order.  Anyone who has ordered through them please contact me.
