Things happend like this: one of clients sent back the broken items(2pcs laser lens) to us for repaired during chinese spring festival via ordinally mail(it usually takes more than 15days to reach us and can not search online). When we were back from our holiday we didn’t not get the returned parcel. But our client said that it should had reached us for sure and thought that we were just unwilling to repair and sent back to him. So he made a claim to paypal to get back the money as about 500usd. Our paypal don’t have so much money it at that time. Finally we got the parcel and sent the fixed ones back to him via EMS. He had got the parcel more than 3weeks ago. And we also had provided EMS tracking NO. To paypal.But now we still can get the client’s claimed email from paypal.We don’t know what happend now. Now I have questions: Can we use our paypal to recieve money now? If we use it reeieve money, will the moeny be taken out by paypal? Because we don’t have enough money before. Hope there are some professional guys can help. It perplexs me everyday and several clients wait for it now. I just can’t wait. Tks very much.
Pay Pal is the only way i would do business on Alibaba. That is the safest for Buyer and Seller. You need to contact Pay Pal because i know they are attentive and very good at what they do. They are the chosen form of paymen for Ebay. This helps cuts down on fraud. Scammers don't like Pay Pal. There is good protection for both sides.
Always use Pay Pal when dealing with Sellers on Alibaba. Always!!!!
