Although we don’t have details about the purpose of the notarization, it is likely that the total of 5% relates to the stamp tax which needs to be paid prior to notarization and is applicable to the total value of the contract, however, stamp tax is generally only 0.03% to 0.05%. I would suggest that you let us know further details about your requirements for such notarization, given the high expense you are stating.

HI!

Not that company, but i know the guy, i had contact with him, but no any business.
BUT, HaiNanHongShengImport&ExportCO,.LTD was sending a contract with the same kind of fee 0,5%.

i already has business with china (but not selling, buying goods) i never meet case like this.
I also ask: Why if i sell, i have to got there? why they can not come to see the stock, and sing the contract?

By the way, i think, they will ask for that 0,5%, and send a private account to pay the fee. :)

What is your comment?
