Rember there is so much fraud on Alibaba.

If this is a scam, who snould I report it too and how shall I do it?

If it is a scam then sorry to say you lost your money. Report it right away to Alibaba and make sure there is resolution from Alibaba. Report it to the Seller's local authorities. That may not help be cause if they are fraudulent the address is most likely fake but you should do it anyway. There are more things you can but I don't exactly know. I've come across some postings like those before so the information you need is somewhere on this forum.

Unfortunately, you'll have to make the decision on when to officially spread your word out there on this vendor. How long do you wait until you determine it is a fraud? It's a round robin, you ask the Seller about the shipment and they say wait a little more. By the time you know, it will have been a month. You get mad at them and then they ignore you completely. They don't respond to email, phone calls or instant messaging.

At least people who have read this thread will know about your experience. I'm sure they're also waiting to see what the outcome is. Post it when you know.

I am having the same issue, i ordered some goods from this company and i'm also waiting for them, but after reading these forums i think i will never see my goods or my money, i am also trying to get hold of them and see what is going on but they are not responding to any messenger chats.

have we all got the same shipping number ?, has this company been reported yet ? or has anyone ever received the good they ordered from them?

 

hi! we also talked to vinna. at first they are very prompt in sending replies and online almost 24 hours, but after making payment thru western union and giving them the control number, they have been offline for more than 48 hours already-up to now. The numbers posted on their website are all unreachable.  Please do not be a victim. Yes, the company seems to be legitimate, but when everybody on their website is offline after we made payment- that  is very suspicious. We will post again if we already contacted them and if they really shipped the goods.

Pls be inform that i also bank in the money but until now awtg for the shipment but
