Recently we met a few clients who freedback the quality of our products; in fact our material is no problem; every body knows that” you will get what you pay for”

We never deceived our customers;

We are doing the hair products; All the goods in our factory are guaranteed of their quality. But some clients purchased other goods from another factory; then show us ; and said that “ the feeling of goods is very soft when it compares with yours”

We check and use their material; at last we know that our material is still much better than others; just feeling is different;

weexplain the reasons patiently and honestly for our customers;

but they seem to be care about the feeling and surface of product; its not material;

now we don't know how to do it;
