Too many people asking us to check out a Chinese company or factory every week. You're suggested to book a Factory Audits or QC Inspection service from us if your order is very large in China. However, if your order is not very large enough, you can simply checking them out by contacting their Foreign references at your end.

For instance, we have worked for countless UK companies so far, if you want to know our service quality in China, you can simply and directly ask us for our UK customer information, then contact our UK references by call or email for details. You can ask for at least 2 or 3 references from your country, by this way, you can check out your biz partner completely before payment.

I think, as a reliable exporter or factory, they would be happy to offer you any reference if they are really reliable and well experienced. Please simply forget them and turn to better suppliers if they refuse to offer any reference. ( it's exceptional if their business is confidential or something like that. ) . What you have suggested of asking china suppliers for foreign references maybe fine if you had visited the factory itself and seen their products but if you just met them in Alibaba and would ask them for email references of other customers in your area, I think many companies would be hesitant to give this information. You can after all just be a plain competitor trying to get their customers!!! Many companies might not give you this information.

I have met several suppliers face-to-face who were very proud to show me past orders, accreditations from big companies like Walmart and Carrefour and this has somehow eased my worries on their product quality. Some even post the letter accreditations in their product  catalogues.

Hi, I am very new to Alibaba and i recently made a purchase of 11 laptops with Chengdu Qifeishu Trade Co., Ltd (www.qifeishu.com.cn) and sent the money via WU. Before the order, we spoke over the phone and chat for many Days. They gave me a tracking number 5 days later and told me I couldn't get tracking information online at least 7 working days. Is more than one month now but I never received anything and I email them many time no answer .I call the phone we use to talk no answer. When i change my nickname the start talking with me until the realize that was me, the stop .Here is one of my notes I send to them (My problem is simple. I have paid for 11 laptops via Western union as you requested and they have not been delivered. The Western union confirmation number is MTCN 828-7459055 AND MTCN: 0105579009 which was paid to Guozhen He. The total amount is $980.00 US. I was given a tracking number which is EE132021923CN. The USPS has confirmed that the package does not contain any laptops whatsoever. In the USA this is known as wire fraud and the US government will use all of its power to reclaim the funds. All I want is the 11 laptops to be sent to me. )

I own a biodiesel refinery in NYC. Our company is heavily involved in Global Trade. We have been searching high and low for a company that provides "REAL" verification services. We have been sent numerous fake offers from both buyers and sellers. We receive 5-8 LOI's from brokers claiming that they are mandates and deals fall apart every day. Recently we were dealing with an African buyer that wasted our time for 2 months just to ask us for a registration fee of 5,000 to import our product in to Benin. We are fed up! We came across a great company called www.b2bvalidate.com. They do it all. We decided to use them for a basic search that cost us $99. This prevented us from sending out $1,000 worth of samples. I do NOT work for this company nor do I benefit in any way by writing this! I just want to put it out there, that these people are good, they saved us money. I know that many people on alibaba.com would benefit from their services.
