I'm a newbie buyer and I bought TF card from Xingguang Langman Fashion Store. I pay them thru Western Union. The product is only worth couple hundred of US dollars. Not big deal for me but my concern is where is the trust. Especially for the international buyer like me. Is that anything that we Alibaba Webmaster do such as have the feedback procedure like EBAY, so it will give more detail about the supplier.

Please advice if anyone know this company owner and publish them on the forum so we all can be aware from the dirty supplier. Appreciate your read of my article and welcome feedback.

I agree with you. Alibaba should be like eBay. Buyers shold be able to vote the sellers, and the transactions should be made through this page. Some members are "Gold Members" and they have just registered here. Buyers trust in "Gold Members" but it seems most of them are a fraud.

We are the gold member in Alibaba. And alibaba do the stirct confirmation with the gold supplier. We must give our certification and other government certification to the Alibaba and validity company to check. But biz is fill full the dangerous and just like a risk. Then everybody shold take care of their biz.

And I also think almost of alibba gold member just want to do the biz not cheat. As a honesty Chinese I really hate such bad Chinese person to defame good buseness man.

I was scammed by this company call Xingguang Langman Fashion Store. Their website is www.1000trade.com. I paid for USD210 for a phone and never receive my good. I was told by the manager, Jeff that the price was undercost and that I have to top up. As I told them that it was agreed in the first place by your customer service (Una, and now this person has lefted the co, according to Jeff), then your company has to absorb the extra. The manager ask if I wish to exhange to shoes or jacket!! I told him that I don't need those item !!Huh!

I was told again that I will receive my refund after I msn him with thousands of messages, and finally he agreed to do the refund. Recently I did not see him online anymore and just noted that their company has been removed by Alibaba. To my surprise, their website is no more selling phones now...strange??? So I think from the first place, they do not have such products and maybe others too.

I think they have changed their company's name now and still in alibaba. Will update again if I found their new company's name with similar products, address etc.

There hasn't ever been trust in international trade during the millenia such a thing has existed. In foreign trade you are everytime supposed to do your own due diligence, manage your risks and protect your own interests yourself. Therefore it is - and always will be - your task to check your partners BEFORE you do any business with them.

In small transactions you will find it a hassle and not worth doing it. This is exactly why scammers target buyers who want to have low prices and low MOQs. What you think to be good deals are actually 95% scam attempts, and the only way to save yourself is to avoid them.
